Chapter 21 - I am Spider Tobey
Added 2025-03-08 19:18:22 +0000 UTCYou already know who I am, and today, let's talk about our flesh-and-blood heroes.
First, let's start with Uncle Ben and Aunt May.
Currently, they are known as Spider-Father and Spider-Mother.
Hahaha, I know, I know. Terrible names, but it just so happened that they saved a school bus on their first patrol. After that, since the adults had fainted, the two stayed with the children, comforting them with kindness, love, and patience.
In the end, because their suits resembled Spider-Man's, the kids started calling them that.
The criminals, however, called them Spider-Fool and Spider-Horror.
Uncle was Spider-Fool. They called him that because he kept cracking jokes with the criminals, just like Spider-Man. But he often went easy on them and didn’t hurt them much. That’s why they thought he was a fool.
Aunt May, on the other hand, wasn’t so lenient. She didn’t like criminals who hurt others. She was willing to show mercy and give a second chance, but she always delivered a violent beating to ensure, as she put it, they wouldn’t "go back to the wrong path."
So they started calling her Spider-Horror.
But only criminals called them that. Their official hero names were Spider-Father and Spider-Mother.
Now, let's talk about the suits I made for them.
For Uncle Ben, I took inspiration from the Advanced Armored Suit from the 2018 Spider-Man game. I didn’t know the game’s story, but I had seen the suits for fun, so I remembered them, hahaha.
I chose that suit for him because I thought it looked more friendly, which suited Uncle Ben. But I didn’t just copy it—I made it less bulky, more symmetrical, and overall more stylish.
The suit was made from materials I synthesized—it was stronger than adamantium, more flexible than nylon, and could absorb kinetic energy. I also added spider legs like in the Iron Spider suit, but I made them longer and more flexible. My spider legs could easily crush Doctor Octavius' tentacles.
When I say "materials I synthesized," I’m talking about the nanobot-based fabric that makes up the suit. So if it ever got torn—which was nearly impossible—the NBs would repair it instantly. Hehe, nanobots for the win.
For my dear aunt, I made a suit similar to Uncle Ben's, but I added a small skirt to it. Even though Aunt May had regained her youth, she still felt a bit embarrassed in spandex, so I included a skirt to make her more comfortable.
Oh yeah, almost forgot the best part. They have some really cool web-shooters—thousands of combinations and super easy to use with Friday’s assistance.
Now, let’s talk about the others.
Next, we have Norman and Rose.
Norman doesn’t usually go out much for heroic acts, but from time to time, he and his wife go out for fun, catching some criminals. Though now that Rose is pregnant, they’ve stopped going out.
The suit I made for Norman was basically the same as the original Green Goblin suit—I just made it sleeker and less bulky. Since his mask is made of nanobots, he wears his classic Green Goblin mask when fighting criminals, which almost makes them crap their pants. Norman seems to find this very entertaining.
When he’s around civilians, he wears a more approachable mask, similar to the one Harry used in the third movie, with the forehead and hair exposed.
Rose’s suit is a feminine version of Norman’s… yeah, I was too lazy to design something different. But she does have a hood and a mask that covers her whole face.
Their hero names? Green Goblin and Miss Goblin.
Surprisingly, they loved the names.
What shocked me the most was how much Rose enjoyed terrorizing criminals alongside Norman.
The serum I gave them was similar to what I gave my aunt and uncle. At first, they could lift 15 tons, had enhanced speed, super endurance, and bodies tough enough to withstand sniper rounds.
Norman could turn into smoke, and Rose could turn into poison. They made an excellent combo.
If you noticed, the serum I gave them had fewer abilities—after all, the spider theme belongs to me and my family, hahaha.
But I made it up to them with gliders and lots of fun weapons, including the classic pumpkin bombs from the original movie. Though, to be honest, they don’t use them much since… well, they’re literally bombs.
Now, let’s talk about Ursula’s father, Mr. Ditkovich.
He didn’t want to be a hero, but he agreed to take the serum.
He actually told me that Ursula’s mother had been murdered when she was young. At the time, he was powerless against the people responsible and could do nothing but flee Russia with his daughter. His wife was killed by a small gang called Cold Steel… of course, that’s the English translation of the Russian name, but we won’t get into that.
So, I gave him the same serum I gave the Osborns.
He could turn into shadows.
Now, saying that Mr. Ditkovich wasn’t the most handsome man before the serum would be an understatement—he wasn’t attractive at all. But after the serum? He became the kind of man who’d make women turn their heads in the street.
But let’s get back to the important stuff.
I gave him a black outfit with a large white skull on the chest and a long coat. Since it was made of nanobots, he could summon a hood that, when worn, made his face appear as a white skull with hollow, rage-filled eyes.
I told him that, from now on, he would be an anti-hero.
His new name?
The Punisher.
