I literally just listened to the carti album for the first time through watching your reaction. I've been so busy with finals, I'm getting close to the end of undergrad so I have almost no time to actually sit down with music the way I used to. That being said it was a ton of fun to listen along. I found myself pretty aligned with you on your amazement at the album's ability to stay (mostly) engaging across 30 fucking tracks. That is absolutely an achievement. Frankly, I was concerned that this album would come around and I would feel like I'd outgrown it. Last time I was actively listening to Carti I was still in high school. I was pleasantly surprised. Just wanted to let you know I appreciate the ability to have a one way listening party and parasocially enjoy music with a bald guy on the internet. I'll have to catch a twitch stream someday if I ever get the opportunity.
