I was surprised by how few ppl seemed to recognize it, I guess it’s more Bay Area specific thing. It was so funny listening to him sample such a random throwback, but it’s him showing love to Bay Area culture which I love to see

2024-11-28 09:37:13 +0000 UTCThis album gets better with each listen. I got excited at Kendrick's flow on TV Off earlier today, as if I haven't already heard it dozens of times. Even GNX (unanimously the weakest track) is not a skip for me. This is Kendrick's best album for me since TPAB.

I definitely can see this not being everyone's cup of tea if you're not used to growing up to these sounds but this is like a hommage to west coast music
