Those parts where he starts singing in different songs are old R&B songs. It was something he kinda did a lot back then. His songs with Doug E Fresh (The Show and La Di Da Di) before this album both had him singing interludes, The Show had Michelle by the Beatles. Those songs really blew him up so it kinda became his style to include them occasionally.
