Its not bad quality its just that the audio playing off Bob's spotify to the stream and the audio picked up by his mic coming from his speakers isnt 100% synced up. It's very very close but just noticable

What he is saying that he wants to be able to go out and not have a cost of hassle (probably due to him becoming famous). He is using roaming and tariff as words as a motif for the previous phone line though
