True and I think the outmodes aren’t necessarily glitching badly as Emmy here is. They’re all functioning just fine, they just look rusted and not as clean for years. Coming from the comic page fast forward, Darcy is talented in the software aspect and it makes sense. She’s too young and small to do major hardware, physical changes to the outmodes. But at the very least she checks their brains for malware to clear, their ability to have short-term memories, and generally make sure they’re stress-free as much as possible.

Just maybe she is on par with Sterling for repairs. Still, I doubt 'fixing Emmy' will be a matter of using any of that and returning home to what she does best.
