That scene with Tiffany at the end is very reminescent of her entrance in Bride of Chucky, but that was a different cop. No, Tiff is just a cop killer. That's just her thing. She just really, really likes to slit throats. Cult of Chucky next! When this first came out I was just so happy to see her when she popped up like that. We can only assume that all these years she's still been raising Glen and Glenda while still mailing off Chucky to various locations on the side.
