The commentary killed me on this one. “He might just be a lazy bitch.” My knowledge on these movies are insane and too much 😂 I don’t get much time to myself so I’m always stuck with knowledge of movies that is too extensive lol (I refer to myself as a loser with no life) With franchises, I have so much knowledge with the movies, characters, behind the scenes, etc… & since I’m either with my kids or in bed sick, I have no one to share my wisdom with… (I refer to myself as the female Randy with movie knowledge). Its sad that due to budget cuts they had to shorten the film. In the original draft, Darry would’ve managed to get behind the wheel of the truck to drive it into an oncoming train in a suicidal attempt to destroy the creature. Trish & Darry loved playing the license plate game and ironically there letters were “SVM” which can be said to mean “save me.” The number 23 is used here to say he appears every 23 years for 23 days before 2 divvied by 3 equals .666 repeating. Jezelle knew the entire time that the Creeper was going to get Darry and the only reason she looked at Trish was she could tell how scared Darry already was and didn't know how to tell him that his screams were the ones she heard. The Creeper originally had one line of dialog in the film. After he kills the old cat lady and holds her body upright, revealing his true face to Darry and Trish, he originally said "She don't smell too good, Darius..." before tossing her corpse aside. Now there is a way believed to overcome The Creeper as we see with Jezelle & Trish. Now we know The Creeper may not have wanted Trish because her glasses. The way believed to overcome The Creeper is to mark your fear with another emotion. For example: Jezelle’s faith masked out the scent of her fear. Trish’s love for her brother & her courage to be killed by him was what masked out the scent of her fear. Darry was too scared already that as moments pass he gets more and more scared. There’s so much more that I can share but I’ll stop as this is too long of a comment anyways lol 😂 #IAmANerd

I liked the sister, she was badass, I thought. A movie that comes to mind when I think of Justin Long is Jeepers Creepers (saw it when i was a kid) and the movie Accepted. I liked both movies. Enjoy your reactions.
