new tiers and some changes

I got some helpful feedback on what I should do with my tiers and rewards.
I added some new rewards, check those out if you want.
Also I decided that single panel Penny drawings will not be locked behind the tip jar. Tip Jar will have early access to multi-panel penny comics and other works though.
I'm hoping for the best
