"Dungeon" game - EXTREMELY EARLY DEMO

either try playing through browser or download the scary .exe in that page below if the browser version sucks.
this is also more of a sample so people can get a better idea of the type of game I want to make before deciding to support me through the game dev membership tier.

for the gameplay, it'll just be normal and a shrunken size. thinking of adding a smaller size for certain game over screens (like losing while shrunk vs an enemy that shrinks you).

2023-08-07 08:53:37 +0000 UTCit's very early, pretty much prototype. nothing is final yet, maybe the placement of the stats and the buttons, etc. the girl's art you see isn't even the one I'll be using for the game, it's just a placeholder. the currency doesn't do anything at the moment, I don't know if it'll do anything yet but it's just something I implemented in case I wanted to use it. I can just hide it if I don't decide to do anything with it. it's just simple game, there's no real goal for the character. for the player, maybe see how far you can get and to unlock as many game over screens. think of it more like a minigame and less of a fully fleshed out game with a story and happy ending.

You're trying to get further in the game obviously but it doesn't yet feel like there's a 'reward' for doing that. Is that more art, or more content, or eventually being told you 'win?'
