They don't seem to force themselves to be entertaining either, the more bold personalities stand out and the more laid back guys chill too.
Can't wait for the next episode!

2023-07-03 15:01:46 +0000 UTComg also (sorry i'm just typing things as I remember them) the turnout for the boys at kcon japan was INSANE. i also thought without keita they wouldn't be as big there as they are in Korea or china (where they gained a lot of traction once Hao won) but apparently Japan LOVES Matthew, gunwook, and hao so there wasn't really much loss there.

You can feel the rookie energy radiating off them but it's so funny and endearing and like you were saying their chemistry is already AMAZING on and off stage (in that regard they feel like a more seasoned group than they are). Also i've noticed since the finale that gyuvin is reallyyyy affectionate. apparently one of his school friends had to block his number since he would constantly spam him with messages telling him that he loved him lollll I'm so glad he made the group, he's just a bundle of love and laughs. I would love to see you react to their recent appearance on Kstarnextdoor (on youtube)! They split the group in 2 so only the first part is out but it's hilarious and we got some really amazing vocals at the end that i think you would really enjoy :)

2023-07-02 14:43:57 +0000 UTCJust a co leader in the training room, not the group in general đ but yeah he doesnât fit into the Korean standards much at all except his height and wide shoulders. He gets the most hate out of all the boys and itâs honestly because of his looks (so does Taerae, both of them are the punching bags of antiâs and haters. If you look at the amount of likes their posts get they usually get the least (except occasionally Gyuvin) and if you look at any negative comments about ZB1âs âvisualsâ itâs targeting 80% Gunwook 20% Taerae). Thankfully most people have warmed up to them now but you can always expect to see a few hate comments, like just today I saw a few people calling Gunwook obese and making fun of his head size. I donât get it at all though, everyone in ZB1 is handsome. Thankfully Gunwook has a good head on his shoulders and great members to ignore the hate, heâs still literally a kid and sending hate to anyone, especially a kid, for their looks is insane.

Tbh he gives off like a mix of both but if you ever have the chance to read his letters or responses to interview questions heâs kind of lowkey very serious and very aware like a typical Capricorn. Like heâs already commented on how his body type isnât usual in kpop and alluded to knowing he doesnât fit the Korean beauty standards but that heâll carve out a new spot for himself. Heâs also Hanbinâs co-leader in the training room so he helps the members learn the dances and he was class President and VP all throughout his academic career. Despite his cute charms (and he is a baby after all) I think he has a perfectionist and super serious side a lot of people arenât aware of. I can fully see him coming back to Jellyfish once ZB1 disbands and continuing being the leader for all the trainees and his future group members. Heâll only be 21 once the contract is over (and ZB1 disbands on his birthday I think since thatâs a full 2.5 years after their debut đ).
