Fesh Pince 4 Progress/New Robotnik Nideo:

That's right - I'm working on another Robotnik YTP! Previously I stated that I would focus solely on FP4 until it's completed, but I'm now realizing that wasn't the smartest move. As I often like to reiterate, I want FP4 to be as good as it possibly can be, so I'm taking as much time as I need - but by exclusively working on FP4, I'm leaving you folks with an absurd content drought in terms of full nideos.

That's why - after some reflection - I've decided that I'll once again be working on other projects alongside FP4's development. This does not mean I will be neglecting FP4; I plan to work on it regularly - as I always have - but I'm also going to allow myself to alternate between editing FP4 and other projects throughout the month.

While this technically does mean less time spent Feshening up Pinces, I do think it will lead to more efficiency in the long run. Before making this change, I would force myself to keep working on FP4 even when I was lacking motivation and creative inspiration. I'd try to brute force creativity even when I wasn't feeling it - spending a lot of time scanning through episodes looking for workable material, trying out various things and tweaking scenes until I got some worthwhile edits. While this does eventually lead to good results, I tend to work much better when my inspiration is more organic.

By allowing myself to switch to another project when I'm feeling fatigued, I can shift my focus to something else for a bit, then come back to Fesh Pince with refreshed motivation and a better mindset. It really helps my editing flow. I even find myself coming up with new ideas for Fesh Pince while I'm working on my side project, and I'll switch back to try to implement those new concepts.

So that's my new plan going forward! I've been having a great time working on this new Robotnik YTP, so I'm going to carry on with that while I continue to fine-tune FP4. After all, we all need a good balance of Carlton and Robotnik to keep our bodies healthy. I would like to apologize for the change of plans, but I do believe it's for the best. I don't think I would have come up with some of the neat new FP4 edits from this month if I wasn't also working on this other project on the side.

All that aside, FP4 progress this month has still been pretty good! The Robotnik nideo is coming along nicely as well! I have a good bit more than what I've previewed in the Sneak Peek, and I'm honestly really excited about how it's turning out so far. Gonna keep working on these bad brothers as much as I can, and I'll keep you swell sweethearts posted on their progress.

Reminder about the delay for FP4 in relation to future nideos:

My next nideo after FP4 won't take nearly as long to complete as FP4 is taking. It's very important for me to make sure FP4 lives up to the legacy of the previous installments, so I'm taking as much time as necessary to come up with worthy edits, and to polish the hell out of it. FP4 is also significantly longer than my usual nideos - adding to the delay. After it's complete, I'll focus on making nideos that aren't as absurdly long, and my upload cadence will be more reasonable.

Closing thoughts:

October OH boy OH man. A good month for nideo making! I felt reinvigorated being able to edit a new project alongside good ol' Fesh Pince 4. I apologize once again for the change of plans in regards to editing multiple projects at once, but I think this new set up will work a lot better for me. I'll make sure not to neglect FP4. As I said in the section above, working on something fresh has actually given me some new ideas for FP4 that I don't think I would have thought of otherwise.

I'll never stop thanking you swellbags for supporting me and allowing me to focus on making weird nideos for you all. I genuinely appreciate it! I am on my knees right now THANKING you loudly in many languages. I'll see you all in next month's update - where I will appreciate you even more.

-Progress on FP4 was good this month, but I've decided I'll still work on side projects (like the Robotnik YTP) alongside FP4. This helps prevent burnout and sometimes even inspires new ideas when bouncing between projects. I apologize for the change of plans, and please know that I will still be focusing on FP4 a lot. The side projects should minimize longer content droughts and alleviate my creative fatigue.

-Reminder: Once Fesh Pince 4 is complete, I'll be uploading nideos at a more reasonable pace. FP4 is long as heck, and needs extra time in the oven to maximize smiles.
