Patreon Exclusive Update - May 2025

Fesh Pince 4 Progress:

Alrighty, so May has been a pretty good month for progress. At this point, I think I have vast majority of the project's structure solidified. I was able to improve and finish up what was probably the weakest part of the nideo (which I partially shared as a sneak peek earlier today) as well as create a few scenes connecting it to the rest of the project. I'm still not sure if I'm fully satisfied with that particular section, but I'm going to give it time to sit while I work on other things. It's hard to judge it properly when I've been scrutinizing it for so long.

I've also been working on improving some of the ending scenes, as I still feel they are lacking. I've got some good bones for them - I just need to slap some beautiful skin on those bony bits. If I can get a few more decent jokes in them to add some pizzazz, I think I'll be happy.

As for entirely new sections - I've been trying to limit myself. Aside from a few small scenes I want to add, I'll be spending most of my time improving things and making small additions to flesh out the existing sections. Still working on the Patreon credits sequence as well. So those are the things I'll be continuing to focus on in June.

Reminder about the delay for FP4 in relation to future nideos:

My next nideo after FP4 won't take nearly as long to complete as FP4 is taking. It's very important for me to make sure FP4 lives up to the legacy of the previous installments, so I'm taking as much time as necessary to come up with worthy edits, and to polish the hell out of it. FP4 is also significantly longer than my usual nideos - adding to the delay. After it's complete, I'll focus on nideos that are a more reasonable length, and my upload cadence will be more reasonable.

Closing thoughts:

I don't always know what to put in this section, because I don't want to just repeat what I said in "Fesh Pince 4 Progress," but I will say that this month has been very good for nideo productivity!

I go through weird stages when editing. Sometimes I'll have what feels like a great idea, and I'll be fully energized and making excellent progress. Then other times, I feel completely stuck, re-watching scenes for ideas and meticulously tinkering with edits. I'll occasionally get caught on minute details - trying to settle on the best variation of an edit, or contemplating the ideal order for jokes to appear in for maximum comedic effect. I've even found myself debating over how some of weird glitchy noises should sound. I try not to get too fixated on that stuff, though. If I find myself stuck on a particular section for too long, I'll usually take a break from it and edit something else for a while.

ANYWAY WHO CARES. May is OVER. I've made more of that sweet progress, and you beautiful swellows have stuck by my side - keeping me motivated to finish up this splendidly stupit nideo. I thank you all once again, and wish everyone a fantastic June filled with warm kisses and other enjoyable happenings.

tl;dr:

-Greatly improved one of the weakest sections in Fesh Pince 4, and made new scenes to connect it to the rest of the project. Also worked on the Patreon credits bit, and have been upgrading some of the underwhelming ending segments - which I will continue into June.

-Reminder: Once Fesh Pince 4 is complete, I'll be uploading nideos at a more reasonable pace. FP4 is long as heck, and needs extra time in the oven to maximize smiles.
