The next video - Guizhou Cracklins - is another 'Guizhou pantry ingredient' one and will be released in the next couple days (looking at Sunday evening, NA-time). Then the following week we'll be getting back to our normal schedule and showing you how to make the Guizhou breakfast chili rice bowl, which uses these two ingredients & is absolutely delicious.
