Early Look: Three core stir-frying techniques, feat. Kenji

A couple weeks back we sat down and did a zoom call with Kenji - it was pretty awesome, I was like... geekily like star struck lol. Probably not the most interesting Kenji interview ever - our lack of media training (at least compared to the likes of Adam Ragusea) is pretty apparent.

Again, fair warning, it's kinda meandering and honestly none of the three of us would make very compelling podcast hosts haha.
Now, for releasing a video on our side, we figured that we could cut together a basic wok techniques video using some of the footage from the interview. It worked in a way, but I do wish that we planned things out a bit better ahead of time. The video on our side could probably use (1) more organization and (2) more Kenji. That said, I hope you find it all interesting nonetheless :)
