I fully agree. The current administration has also deported US residents and citizens. No trial, no due process or evidence beyond "just trust us bro they are bad" and they are sent to El Salvador (where the biggest rumor is, the government is paying them to keep whomever they deport there).

2025-04-19 15:02:43 +0000 UTCAlicia, I am begging you, please do not come to the US right now. We are in the middle of a government crisis and it is incredibly dangerous for foreigners to come here. People are being "deported", going missing, and being shipped to prisons in El Salvador with no due process. Visas are also being cancelled, ignored and/or confiscated with no reason given. For the safety of you and your friends, please postpone or move your wedding to Canada. The United States so, SO dangerous right now.
