Discord bot service announcement

Little service announcement.
I got around to hooking up the patreon to the discord so there's a bot that should do it all automatically now, inviting you, handing you a role for patron only channels (will be relevant later when it goes public).
Patreon's systems do seem a tad wonky though, so if it does anything weird lemme know so I know whether it's worth keeping or not.
