Lazy-Eye Louie was a quatermaster in the service of Captain Blackheart, before being reassigned to the crew of The Bloody Banshee.
Despite him being a valuable asset for his connections, the crew doesn't seem too pleased with his presence.
He has a reputation for being a lazy up-to-no-good dillydally. A sleazy predator... Treating women as he sees fit and only looking out for his own skin.
Not exactly a recipe for success under 2 female captains.
Does his reputation hold any truth to it?
Is he a book that should be judged by its cover?
Could he be redeemed for past crimes?
