TUTORIAL: Rocky Basing From Scratch

I wrapped the Eisenhorn series last week with his base, and we had a few people asking if there would be a more broad basing tutorial along the same lines. Well, here you go!
Although on my end this base is designed to go along with my Unmade Warcry team, you can just as well use this technique for... pretty much any model you wanted.
