Commissions open, other tiers now up and running

This is a pretty 'does what it says on the tin' announcement, but as previously mentioned here and there, commissions are opening today, and the benefits for the other Patreon tiers are gonna start up this month. I think I'll be aiming that first ramblefap for the 30th, seems like a nice round date, probably the same for the tag requests.
In any case, lots of stuff moving now, here's hoping I can handle it all.
