The perfect place turned out to be a community with high weight indices. She may have gained a little weight, but she will lose it in no time as soon as her knee heals. If going easy just an morbidly obese aiko in her sundress and straw hat (from the part in the manga she and Punpun escape to Kagoshima) But if we're going for flavour: A 3 piece sequence based in the manga, through the POV of Punpun Punyama; in the first when Punpun sees Aiko again in the train (after highschool and just before he rented his apartment in the manga https://imgur.com/a/JklEq1k) he sees Aiko again, now fat at around 250-300 pounds, double chin, strained clothes, ashamed of her weight and maybe gasping for air to show her new struggles. In the second he, now with a fat fetish thanks to seeing Aiko being fat in the previous panel, joins a webcam with an even more obese, morbidly obese, Aiko Tanaka (a parallel to her briefly being a gravure model in the manga https://imgur.com/a/AfJRFwf, but with a feederism and niche side) with hair growing in unwanted places, and starting to be a slob, stained clothes, belly piercing, food wrappings and other feederism props, comments or dialogues that denigrate her; she has begrudgingly accepted this is the best she can do with her situation. In the last one ñhe finally meets with Aiko after years, in a booked feederism session, she is naked, bedbound immobile, morbidly obese bimbo, with acne patches, a complete slob with no regard for hygene or health, with many pleasure toys scattered around her bed, glazed eyes (maybe include some intoxication elements with beer or pot), body hair and maybe even some tattos related to feederism like "Piggy" or "Aiko the Hog", nipple piercings and her belly piercing something lewder like a pig snout or an oink connected by a chain, plus would he cool some fatty feet/cankles, love how you draw them, she also is missing one of the front teeth (like in the manga, to show loss of innocence), then add some parallel to the "I want to make your life miserable" line or the "To think that after all this time you've become another slut that casually sleeps around guy you haven't even met since middle school" (in Volume 10, chapter 103 of the manga).

As I love how you play up contrast. I like to imagine bullied either a fat nerdy boy or could be a fat nerd girl. She calls them ugly, and how nobody wants to date them. She will then become not only a gross slobby hairy smelly slob with bad skin, but a man. This is there is no way any of them popular boys will want her. You play uo the humilation so well and I trust you to do justice to this. You can add what ever else you want to flesh it out. I just mainly want a ftm weight prompt that focus on the slob, gas and humilation aspect of your female slob wg pieces. You can make it as slobby as you want as I understand it is not for everyone.

Very demure. Very mindful. She would run afoul a jealous and ultra massive girl who forces her into a contest of wills where the skinny girl has her beauty and purity drained from her. She would be encouraged by her partner to fight, but as she grows more horny and weak-willed, the skinny girl begins to fight less and less until she is dull witted, lazy, and horny enough to start freely giving up as she begins stuffing her fatter, hairier, acne ridden slob body with sex toys, willingly giving more of her beauty to the former fat girl. In the end, the new skinny girl brags to the fat girl's partner that every trait physical or otherwise they once found attractive in their girlfriend now belongs to them, making them the ideal choice to date instead. The newly fattened slob is visibly turned on but lazily issues several breathless apologies while she continues to get off on repulsing her partner enough to send them into the arms of the now superior woman, admitting that she is no longer anything but a gross, horny slob. In the end, the partner has no choice but to accept the new situation, disgusted by the new fat girl, and guilitly attracted to the thin one.
