Patreon changes & Discord news

I have revamped the entire reward structure for Patrons, this means much more activity between all of us as a community. We also now have a ReformistTM official Discord server available for all tiers! With some additional ranks for those of you who want to show extra support.
Note: If any of you are currently not redeeming any rewards but want to join the Discord, please select the reward tier you would like (the same as you're pledging) and you will be assigned the proper Discord title when you join.

2018-05-05 18:58:03 +0000 UTCYou will need to connect your Patreon account to a Discord account by navigating to your "Account Settings" here on Patreon and selecting: "Connect to Discord". Once you click on that button, you'll get a pop up saying that you need to log in to your Discord account (if you don't have one, you can create one here), after that it's a simple case of authorizing Discord's access to your Patreon account and you should be able to join the server. :)
