To unlock the new content, you simply need to progress through Yui's main story.
From now on there will be no more Changelog, since it takes me a long time to make them and time has shown me that nobody reads them.

Stopping the Changelog is a really bad idea, regardless of how many read them. Although I'm only a tourist now, I was a higher tier until recently and I would never have subbed if there was no changelog. It acts as a good-faith transparency to Patrons (and prospective Patrons). Showing your work is important to what is essentially a tip based business.
