To unlock the new content, you simply need to progress through Yui's main story.
To unlock Cheat Mode, just install a Cheat version or a Cheat Update patch and check your player profile.
From now on there will be no more Changelog, since it takes me a long time to make them and time has shown me that nobody reads them.

Woo! Haven't quite finished 0.9's content yet, but really looking forward to the character progression and new mechanics in this release!
