FWIW the Praetorian guard of Rome was the military unit who protected the Caesar. They also were pretty instrumental in killing some of them (Caligula, among others), and installing puppet Caesars, who ruled at their approval (Claudius, among others). So the clowns declaring themselves First Amendment Praetorian either planned to kill or control Trump after reinstalling him, or (more likely) just didn't read very much history.

2022-01-18 08:22:43 +0000 UTCSo I actually live in Vietnam and Tet this year starts on Feb 1st and is celebrated for like a week or so. It changes every year because it's the lunar new year. It's basically the same holiday as "Chinese New Year".
