I thought you might find it interesting to see how I have been editing whilst traveling. The truth is, I packed a cinema sized monitor and edit on a beach. Well, sort of. Here’s a video of what I see. Note cool things like the virtual monitor casting a shadow on the tiny breakfast table, and the beach fading into view. Bear in mind this is all in real 3D perspective which obviously I can’t relay in a 2D video, but it’s incredible and one purchase I’ve never regretted - all thanks to you.

This does mean packing my Mac Studio, but I found a great solution for that! Both devices fit in one carry on suitcase, so although it’s about $10K worth of gear, it never leaves my sight.

It’s wonderful to have my full-size editing setup and full-size screen with me wherever I go, and rather surreal to be in Bora Bora whatever country I’m in! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This all really helps with the still sometimes gruelingly long (10-12 hours at times) editing sessions, and I hope the end result is always worth it. More soon!
