November Update (just a few days late)

Ok, so first: we'll do two bird polls this month probably, to catch up on that.

Then in terms of game news, hey! It's snowing in SkateBIRD if you didn't notice (on PC anyways). Happy holidays! Check out the Office level. It'll stay like that through December, and HOPEFULLY this dang console patch will get out in time for console folks to get fun snow too. We're up to submission, there's just apparently some long turn-around times on patches right now with the platforms, soooo yeah. Either way, there's also a cheat in the game that lets you enable the snow any time you like, so worst case, manual snow.

Next update will hit, hrm, sometime early next year. That should be the first add-on map. Maybe some other stuff. We'll see!

In terms of updates on here, I think I'm gonna transition into next-project stuff now. Which means moving to Unreal Engine-themed updates.

Technically this isn't all that new in UE4, but gosh dang is it neat looking coming from the Unity side of things: https://docs.unrealengine.com/4.27/en-US/BuildingWorlds/FogEffects/VolumetricFog/ 

Just kinda starting to experiment with vibes, you know? This right here isn't even the true volumetric fog, this is just exponential ground fog, but daaaang it's fun to work with.
