Emma Fr0st "White Queen" illustration + Snowbunnies
Added 2025-04-11 21:00:15 +0000 UTCHere she is! The White Queen. Going all in with the mind control. Jokes aside, this was the perfect time to have drawn her. It's a bit rushed because I was hoping to get it done before Season 2 arrives.
Rarely do I ever get pumped to draw a character besides Sammy when they're the flavor of the month. When I made this piece, I couldn't think of a background so I made the Diamond alt to compensate + Finalizer would like it. I don't know if I'll reach Diamond this Season but I'll try to atleast finish the Pass. I'm really excited to play her.
I also included the Snowbunnies piece. It looks great as a wallpaper. Also, I had fun drawing them as fast as possible. Fun fact: Emma's face was taken from the sketch of the standalone illustration. There's some subtle differences cus' I had to redraw it but it's mostly similar. Sue was easy to draw because I've drawn her a few times. The hair is still tricky and that's the only thing I don't draw accurately. Dagger was bit tricky but as I worked on her, it got easier.
Overall both are simple illustrations made with a self-imposed deadline. It's also at the level of the base commissions I draw.

Rivals has too many blondes wearing white and blue, but that doesn't mean I don't want to see more of them! Great job on Emma! Her diamond form is extra neat!

Rivals is something I haven't dipped my toes into yet, mainly because I'm terrible at online multiplayer games and I cannot abide Overwatch. However, a few friends have assured me that Rivals is (1) much better than Overwatch; and (2) easier to get the hang of. So I've been thinking about it for awhile, and then they dropped Emma Frost and when I saw the her black costume I was kind of floored. So I may have to try it now. It's funny because I just spent actual money for the first time in Marvel Snap on an Emma Frost card ("Summer Vacation" variant) so the stars are kind of aligning.
