Usually the stages like this don't show the whole choreography. It's meant to showcase their faces/live/outfits. If you want to see more of their choreo you should watch their dance practice for ice on my teeth

I agree that ATEEZ falls into the later similar to BTS. While examples of groups with more uniform synchronicity are Seventeen and Xikers. Fun fact the beat is used in this song is a sample from Tchaikovsky Swan Lake: Dance of the Swans.
