Have you looked at the seller's other items? I'm sure they get "results"...they have posted dozens, if not hundreds of different items, all at a price of $3000, all in different categories, attracting attention from lots of users. They hijack an ebay account with tons of sales and good feedback, and hope that one or more of those listings will get a bite from some unsuspecting rube. Their listings direct users to an alternate site that eBay can't control, and request users to make offers and send payments by wire transfer. There is, sadly, no easy way to stop this. It's just another form of spam. EDIT: wanted to clarify that I didn't mean we should let them keep doing it...I not only reported this listing but a bunch of others on the seller's profile to hopefully get eBay to act faster against this compromised account. But, they will pop up again.....

I love reporting this to ebay. They keep making repeated efforts but with no different results - isn't that the definition of insanity?
