Nevertheless, seeing Seraphina “going under” and becoming so… vulnerable, was a surprising, but extremely intimate, even visceral experience. “Surrender for Seraphina” had a second meaning in this video… I loved it, this was exceptional! 2024-10-03 12:46:46 +0000 UTCIn my head, Seraphina does this as a way to reinforce her determination to her own cause in times of doubt or weakness. If she begins to doubt that leading so many people to surrender and become obedient to her isn't the right or moral path, she just watches one of her own videos, hypnotizes herself, and the cycle of surrender begins anew as she weaves her web over more of the world. Strength and resistance aren't necessary, as Luz, Leah, and more to come have learned. Even Seraphina knows that it is best to surrender to herself when she has doubts.
