More JVC D series Pictures - Cap Kit development
Added 2020-01-17 16:36:42 +0000 UTCI cleaned up the boards today as I eagerly await the delivery of my cap kit. I had to develop this kit from scratch. That's done by individually documenting each cap position and value from inspecting the boards. Then I have to compile an organized order sheet. Next I go to a parts website, personally I use mouser.com. I make a custom order for the CRT by personally selecting each capvitor. I try to always use a Nichicon replacement cap with a High Temperature tolerance.

Unfortunately the service manual and other manuals did not include any parts lists. If it did have one, I would still have cross referenced the list with the board itself in case the board has any revisions
