More JVC D series Pictures - Cap Kit development

I cleaned up the boards today as I eagerly await the delivery of my cap kit. I had to develop this kit from scratch. That's done by individually documenting each cap position and value from inspecting the boards. Then I have to compile an organized order sheet. Next I go to a parts website, personally I use mouser.com. I make a custom order for the CRT by personally selecting each capvitor. I try to always use a Nichicon replacement cap with a High Temperature tolerance.

More updatea to come.

Unfortunately the service manual and other manuals did not include any parts lists. If it did have one, I would still have cross referenced the list with the board itself in case the board has any revisions

Just curious, have you cross referenced your list with the one in the service manual (if the service manual has one)? The service manual for my consumer Trinitron has a cap list and I'm just curious how reliable it is. Looking forward to the videos on this!
