Dealing With An Art Thief Account

I've been caught up trying to work with a number of artists to take down an account that has been stealing art for a few years now. They aren't stealing any of mine, but plenty of others, and it's been bugging me that they're able to get away with it.
I've been pretty invested seeing things be dealt with. You guys can choose to report the account too if you want, but it's a little more complicated than that.

If this link leads to a 404 screen it means they have changed their name and are evading consequences.
I've been trying to work with Patreon to see to it that this is dealt with.
