Great episode. Not many people realize the UN Human Rights Council has been a joke for years. There is actually no country of Palestine. That area of land once controlled by the British was ended when the Brits pulled out and the UN voted to create 2 independent states in the area. The UN vote created Israel. The Arabs rejected the UN vote and did not form a separate state. The Arab countries declared war on Israel immediately and Arab residents were told by Arab leaders to flee the area. Those who fled to Jordan and ended up living in refugee camps began calling themselves “Palestinians’”. The PLA charter since it’s inception has called for the destruction of Israel. Videos exist of Arab teachers telling students that Jaffa and Tel Aviv are in Palestine, Hamas hides weapons in schools. Israel has been attacked in the UN Human Rights Council for decades. It is the only democratic nation in the area. Palestinians are teaching propaganda to their kids about killing Jews and all of Israel being theirs. Similar in my view to the CCP teaching that Taiwan belongs to China. My guess is that the CCP has paid attention to the effectiveness of Palestinian propaganda and seen the weakness of the UN Human Rights Council and figured out their plan would meet with success.
