Dear Supporters
I'm taking a much needed few days off after the recent run of music & videos (and music videos!) but thought I'd update you on a couple of fun things!
First, I just wasn't happy with how my shelves looked on camera behind me in that recent Commodore Christmas Demo video. Above (2nd picture) is how they looked in the Studio Tour video - https://youtu.be/v4BpVlt9_HU - yuck!
So as Ladyfractic, err... I mean Santa Paws, kindly got me a neat little "light curtain" as a stocking filler, I decided to put it to good use, with the addition of some display stands (designed for large plates but whatever - https://amzn.to/34U51Co ) and... ta-darrr!
This is a great way to save space and have the growing collection on display and looking good after the recent funboxing. I can now pull machines from the "visual storage" to swap out on the main deck for videos, with more more ease and dare I say even finesse!
This coming weekend I'll probably release that aforementioned Studio Tour as a public video, because I keep getting questions about things answered in it, and it will bridge the gap whilst I recouperate a little bit.
BUT rest assured the next recipode is already cooking in my noggin and will be one to beat. With your fellow supporter Lee Volante's help (the lovely chap who kindly donated the A1200 and Atari STe) we'll be finding out: Can we use a Commodore 64 to talk to the International Space Station?! It's going to be a blast (hopefully not literally.)
I'll be in touch on the Patreon Lens until then. I hope you are enjoying a wonderful holiday week. Much love to you and yours, and happy new year. Here's to 2021, in sooo many ways...
Finally, thank you for your loyalty and ongoing support. Can't wait to keep paying it back ๐๐น
