Here's my pixelated reenactment of Brad Fregger's incredible interview story about the secret Easter Egg in Pitfall 2.
David Crane mentioned to me recently that he's looking to me to continue the archiving of these stories for future generations to know and enjoy. Quite an honour, and I hope I've done it justice here with the usual mix of backstory, setup, and fun reveal 😊

Yes, it was called "Pipfall!", an homage to the original Pitfall game, and it played on a small, monochrome green screen in the Fallout game: https://youtu.be/A72L4y-WRAE

2020-10-23 04:55:28 +0000 UTCIf they were to re-release The Mayan Adventure now, especially if it were remade with updated graphics and sound, I'd love to see it come with not only the original Pitfall game, like it did when it was originally released, but also Pitfall II as well as the easter egg featured in this video...if that happened, it'd be an instant buy for me. But yeah, that'd still be one heck of a Inception for the Pitfall series...😄.
