Retropalooza
This past weekend I attended Retropalooza in Arlington, TX. It was fun meeting fans, new and old. I missed last year due to a panic attack, so I was happy to finally make my way back to Texas. Above are some of the pickups I got while attending. I've got future episodes on my mind ;)
Punch-Out Script Underway
The script is officially underway, and it's a big one. This is a picture of my storyboard. I've started doing this for longer episodes and it really helps out with structure. The script should be finished this weekend. After that comes my favorite part, editing! This episode will be packed with guest quotes, illustrations, never-before-seen images, and more. I hope it will be a "Knockout"! *rimshot*
The Mario Land Series
In our last poll to pick an episode, we had 3 options: Punch-Out, Mario 3, or the Mario Land series. Punch-Out came in first, with Mario Land in a close second. Ultimately, I'd like to do an episode on the Mario Land games, so I've started initial work on that episode. These are some of my favorite Game Boy games, and no one ever talks about them!
