Fancy Dress Party Part 2

She watched noosed and tightly bound as Rachel struggled on the end of her own rope. The fact Rachels hands had been sealed and then bound infant of her made it all the more cruel. She desperately tried to reach the rope squeezing her neck but there was no way she could ever free herself. Penny tested her the rope securing her own wrists behind her back and found it as tight as it was an hour ago. The noose had been slid tight around her neck and she could feel the weight of the rope that led to a hook high above her head. She glance up to see the knot securing it tight and knew when the stool was kicked away she too would hang for real. Just two things were bugging her, first why weren't her elbows tied back and second where the hell was her ballgag?
Her prayer had been answered with tight rope now securing her elbows tightly together behind her back and a large ballgag sealing her mouth. Rachel had now stopped squirming and now hanged gently swaying just inches above the floor. With a start she realised this meant she would be next and that she really was going to be hanged for real. She moaned and struggled but everything was a tight as she had asked for. All that remained was for the stool she was perched upon to be kicked away....
