So, we're going to work with Kagura Games.

Yeah. Surprise!

Rakushun from Kagura Games and I have had a friendship for a long time and he mentioned working together a while ago. I told him I wasn't worried about sales at the time, that I wanted to focus on making games and I would worry about if I would sell or where I should sell the game later on closer to 1.0.

A few days ago, we got a great offer presented to us by LewdLogic/CriticalBliss, owner of Lewd Gamer. I don't want to disclose the details out of respect for Logic, but it looked good. Logic also alerted us for a few situations and told us that we should go live on Steam as early as humanly possible if we want to create a following there. In the end even tho we respectfully declined Logic's offer regardless how enticing and exciting it sounded to work with him, we heard everything he has to say.

And so as we have meant to do a long time ago, I had a meeting with Rakushun and "signed" the deal. It was verbal, but we go way back. To me it's like it's signed on paper and I know it's the same thing with him. I just told him I wanted to drop the news on my fanbase and our supporters first before I laid out any ink.

With that being said, yeah... after people asked me a billion times "Are you going on Steam? Please go on Steam! I'd love to get your game on Steam!" well, we're going on Steam.

So what does that mean for our patrons? Absolutely nothing. If we go early access, you will get stuff a lot before Steam does. You guys will continue to serve as the channel to develop the game in all fronts. That means you get to test it a long time before it's submitted to Steam if we go early access and if we don't, a loooot earlier. You get to criticize while we're still at a stage where we can change things. You are able to vote on polls and you know how much we use and listen to those. You can make suggestions regarding patches. Decide the future of the game. The patreon ranks on Discord. The exclusive rewards. The HD assets. Your name immortalized in the game once 1.0 comes out and above all else, our eternal gratitude. Plus a copy of the game once it comes out on steam for everyone that been on the 10$ tier or made 20$ worth of support over a period of time. ;)

So yeah. Other than going live on Steam our plans didn't change AT ALL. The roadmap is up and will stay the same. Halloween patch coming soon. We want to introduce streams for our Patreons where you can see me working on the maps and the CG team drawing but we're assessing how to do that on their end. We want to make it so being our Patreon is more and more exciting, and that might come with a few changes on rewards in the future. Don't worry, we'll only add, not take away.
