Old walkthrough is in the folder, it now has the Patreon code inside just below index so you guys never forget.
Next goal: Clean the walkthrough up and post it online.

The system is there, it just doesn't allow you to do so yet as those jobs haven't been implemented (they did but you can't get the conditions to start them). Ayame doesn't have enough (low) Morality to do them and the scenes haven't been drawn yet.

It was mentioned from 0.81 that I could chose job listings from the Town Hall. Was it removed in the current patch (0.83)?

Was our plan to begin with and that's why we always stated those would be DLC, to avoid stuff like this. Still, I feel for my fellow developers who are going through hard times right now.
