Here's another ship design! And this is a BIG ONE. I also included a sketch page of Fighter type ships [not particularly to scale with one another]. Enjoy!

N-ACS Class Naval Carrier - Carriers are functionally utilized for mass storage, transport, and deployment of troops, supplies, vehicles, munitions and fuel - and are better armored and armed for perimeter defense, relying on frigates and cruisers to escort and assist in combat maneuvers. The Carrier is specifically tasked with transporting the materials necessary for successful occupations and interstellar campaigns — often, carriers serve the temporary or fixed purpose of material storage relay, or particular service transport [eg. Penal Ships]. The vast cargo capacity for troops, hardware, and even smaller fleet ships [i.e. Frigates and Corvettes] make them necessary staging points for surface attacks from supra-orbital positions; Carriers strategically settle in-atmosphere via Anchor Tethers, if well defended from the surface.
At a massive 18,307 meters, Carriers boast more thorough armament and internal security given their valuable cargo, and are difficult to target or board. They can be assigned solely for point defense of a military installation, occupied world, or significant system vector, and are escorted by large detachments of Frigates and Destroyers for security. Moreover, Carriers are better known for housing a vast quantity of stellar fighters primed for naval engagements and sub-orbital operations; Support class Carriers serve this purpose alone in fleets assigned for massive interstellar engagements. Carriers also house the administrative authority for localized fighter groups as well as deployed forces, and sometimes the apex Officers of an entire fleet if of the Flagship classification.
