HEY so this month ima start sharing some ANCIENT LORE, im talkin about Sci Fi stuff I've been workin on since like, middle school lmao. This mechanical race is called The Sovus [Machina Tyrannus], and I'm redrawing some old material and presenting it with added lore and world-building content so.. enjoy!! First up, some SPACESHIPS I drew recently!!

Sub/Supraorbital Light Assault Gunship [N-SSLAG 'Malefactor'] - The multi-role Assault applications SSLAG gunship is a common troop carrier and mobile airborne weapons platform designed for direct sub orbital or supraorbital combat and infantry/armor insertion. Known colloquially as Malefactors, SSLAG gunships measure at roughly 70 meters long and have a carrying capacity of approximately one unit Detachment of Infantry in its ventral storage bay, and the potential for a variety of a armored ground vehicles, Synth systems, or additional storage containers magnetically secured between two low hanging task-prongs. Malefactors are also mounted with a superior array of armament and munitions deployment systems, including several plasma pylon batteries, automated and manned turret systems, ballistic ordnance blocs, alternating pulse cannons, and two-stage energy shielding to compliment the pressurized multi-layered armor hull plating.
-------
Sub/Supraorbital Heavy Assault Carrier [N-SSHAC 'Harbinger'] - In contrast to the Malefactor is the heavier tonnage Assault applications Carrier SSHAC - or 'Harbinger' - troop deployment craft. Harbingers are significantly larger than their more agile gunship compliment at roughly 100 meters in length, and more heavily armored. Storage and carrying capacity is also therefore more significant, though armament remains similar in variation and mounted systems. Harbingers are primarily armed Infantry/armor/storage transports, utilized as gunships only in blanket deployment operations and immediate vector insertions; with a massive ventral storage bay and two additional lateral troop compartments, SSHAC dropships have a carrying capacity for one AWGS or ATC unit, or extended crew complement carrier.
