3-25 Update

Woo! It's been a busy couple of weeks with all these unboxings, the Hardleg Animated, and the new buttons, but we got it all done :)  Hopefully things will slow down here a bit as we move into April so I can readjust to all the new changes!

Regardless I got your peek into the coming week, starting off with Gladiator Beast Beat-Box: Half toolbox, half beatdown, all beast. I made sure I got all the files in the zip for you this time, so we're good :)

As for the Deck Exchange tomorrow is Timaeus Knights Turbo Vs. Gravekeeper Defense Burn; two weird decks.  I'm aware of the trouble with DN, but fortunatly for us we have this week's Deck Exchange and next weeks already filmed.  I'm thinking that everything will blow over by then, but if not we can always just move to YGO Pro, so I'm not worried.

Then there's Legsplay, there's Pokemon Zeta coming through next week through Thursday followed by something new: Pony Island.  If you've never heard of it I'd recommend looking up the trailer.  Protip: It's not about ponies, and Bootleg Drew and C.B. will be going into it blind!

Other than that there's just the Patreon hangout, which again is Sunday, March 27th at 8:00pm CST.  Be prepared with YGOPro if you want to duel, since it looks like Dueling Network will be down.

Good luck.

Shelved Oddities

fair enough

I generally try to stick away from emulators, for legal, moral, and legitimacy reasons. We do use a Playstation emulator, but it uses the PC to play physical PS1 disks, and I do own an actual Playstation I just don't have capture software for it. Since I legally own both the game and the console, and I'm playing off an actual disk, I feel it's not pirating; and since the gamepad is very similar in design to the Playstation controller it doesn't change the feel of the game dramatically. The Gamecube is a little trickier since gamecube disks don't work in a traditional CD tray, I don't own a Gamecube, and the Gamecube controller is very different in design from the modern standard. That being said, there might come a time when we have the money and ability to get a gamecube, a CRT TV, and a capture card for it, at which point I'd be glad to play whatever games you guys want, but that's a long ways off.
