They would to play music videos on the TVs in the cafeteria (also where I first saw the music video for Yonkers by Tyler, The Creator which probably wasn't the best to watch in the cafeteria 😂... IYKYK 🤢🤮). Anyway, a couple weeks later, Lupe Fiasco did a small FREE concert just for UIC students & remember maneuvering my way to the front of the crowd with my roommate! It was an awesome show & a great memory to have for life!

All I had was a $20 and I think it was only $5 but he wanted exact change so he just gave it to me. I was actually going to go buy some mixtapes and as soon as I walked out the bootleg spot he yelled over the crowd "yo, big man you got that five now?".
