Those of you who know what this is will hopefully be as excited as I am ππ Those of you who don't... well... I'm about to try to make you experience a whole new medium of online content hahaha
This is a SLOWLY developing project! Please don't expect any major posts or anything like that anytime soon, much less on a regular basis. I'm funding it and doing the adaptations myself, so it's not as professional an assembly line as something from Webtoons or Tapas or the like.

2023-07-06 16:44:16 +0000 UTCReading that line about weapons losing viability against reactive shielding in this format somehow sounded completely different than the first 20ish times I listened to or read it up to today. I had always assumed that on day 1 of armed contact with the archons they had reactive shields and we were behind the 8 ball immediately. But now I see another interpretation. Ballistic weapons could have been marginally useful for decades in a war of centuries. But one day the archons deployed reactive shields and the game changed. This gives a whole new potential texture to the war and evolution timelines are much more fluid if there were periods of the war where humanity won and lost battles as CAD tech matured but may not have been primary.
