I NEED to hear more LIitle Wayne, so thanks for the recommendation, Domino. - Kai’s dad

Mrs. officer - Lil Wayne ft Bobby V & Kidd Kidd It’s a similar vibe to Hustler Muzik. I think y’all would enjoy it.

Domino B.

Wow, thank you so much! And I appreciate the suggestion - Kai

The FrontRoom

can't wait for y'all to dive into wayne's catalog more - punchline wise a pick from No Ceilings would be sick kai i appreciate your knowledge on the artists man, can't think of another review channel that covers the history so well and from the perspective of a fan

DXXXXW

Right, his catalogue of tracks is insane. Pretty intimidating to get into his stuff because of the number of tapes he has.

The FrontRoom

Great suggestions. I love Mr. Carter and let the beat build.

The FrontRoom

6 foot 7 foot I think is next Kenysha!

The FrontRoom

Great album

The FrontRoom

Definitely am going to do that! I'm thinking 6 foot 7 foot...

The FrontRoom

That's a good suggestion. As I have been presenting songs to my dad I typically start at the beginning of the artist's career so then the subsequent songs would show that progression. But I also really do love the more rapid approach where I show them in immediate succession in the same listening session because that would be a lot of fun. Thank you for this!

You should do something like eras of different artists. Sit down with each other and have a compilation of 3 songs from different eras of one artist. You can start from the beginning and have like different episodes that way you can really showcase ALL of the stylistic changes people go through. Or lack thereof. In that case, you can also use songs that you already have listened to and just mention the style changes from that song to another.

Myspelled

Show him a Wayne song with Heavy Punchlines … you gotta desperate Wayne from the others.. Hustler Muzik is like a normal song

RedOctober

My favorite album was the Carter lll . Maybe a whole album review would be cool.

Antonio Bonet

Best rapper alive

Shawn Cannon

I really liked this song when it came out. I remember the first time I heard Lil Wayne was in Tha Block Is Hot. It was soo🔥🔥🔥. He’s also a pretty diverse artist. “Comfortable feat Babyface,” “Tie My Hands feat Robin Thick” (a tribute to Hurricane Katrina) and “Shooter feat Robin Thicke” are a bit unorthodox but are my favorites.

Chavonna Christy

Lollipop, 6 foot 7 foot, Go DJ, Fireman, Best Rapper Alive, Shooter are all songs I think your dad would like.

Kenysha

I'd say 3 peat,Mr.Carter and Let the beat build would all be great listens and good content

Adrian Vera

This is legit my favorite Wayne song! What an introduction for dad!

Kenysha

lil Wayne has so many great songs. I like the best rapper alive, mirror, mr carter. All great songs

Gary Domingos

"Carter" is his last name, but it's also a reference to the movie New Jack City. So is the term "cash money." A lot things from Cash Money records references that movie

TommyBoi 3000

Peak Wayne. One of my favorite hip hop albums. This and Money on My mind are my favorite Wayne songs.

TommyBoi 3000

Lil Wayne is lyrical genius! So glad to see you guys cover him one of my favorite songs is blunt blowin from the carter 4. And probably one of the greatest feature verses of all time on asap rocky M’s. But he has such a large selection whether it’s old Wayne or new Wayne I think no matter what you pick it’ll be a great reaction!
