Would love to see your dads reaction to Kanyes "diamonds are forever" such a huge song production wise and lyrically. Full of thought provocative content as well. And even better is the remix with jayz on it. The way jayz cuts Kanye off mid verse while Kanye is rapping about people asking him about the splitting of Rocafella records aka the roc and its potential demise. The way they so cleverly switched the original subject matter being about actual diamonds to being about the symbolic diamond their record label used to signify "the roc" as in rocafella records. One of jayz best verses which is saying alot. The way he came in and explained why he went against the grain and dismantled Rocafella records was amazing and how he cut Kanye off the way he did mid verse was also huge just for tge fact he took the burden off Kanye for having to explain what was going on cause at that time alot of people were giving Kanye shit for going with jayz after tge split and not staying loyal to dame dash who was actually the one that brought him into Rocafella. It would would be perfect for a double reaction feature to do tge original and tge remix back to back with all that story line attached to it along with both being such amazing songs. Has tge making of an epic reaction session

I actually like the other version better. It's black n white, shot by his friend Pooty who also filmed his Netflix documentary.
