Holy shit. Flat style is just the human being mascot from Community.

Futura suicide note is a nice touch.

That montage made me feel existential. Also maybe… that song actually slaps.

God damn it

The montage at the end was a painful experience. Thank you for expressing this with such clarity and precision as to make me upset

One day we'll look back on the flatlanders and want to return

This literally made me burst into tears spontaneously

Really great video! Thank you.

On ideographics—There’s that 1% percent voice in my head, aware that I agree with most of what’s presented here, some Infographics represent the collective rule book of otherwise “marginalized” groups. An example of this would be “How to navigate an employee transitioning their gender in the workplace.” It’s woefully directional, but for many who have experienced this sort of thing—the idea of presenting a quick and dirty “guidebook” is a sort of utilitarian approach to Infographics. I loathe them, but there is that tiny voice of “ok I could see how someone would find this sort of thing helpful”

Thanks so much for the video :,) Really enjoyed it. First patreon channel i ever subscribed to. But I think the infographic take needs some more work. There were definitely a LOT of infographics going around that weren't the Democratic party line and used the same aesthetics. IMO a mention of Canva is warranted! The replicable graphics are easy to make using the Canva templates and I think that helps to explain the consistencies. The "Flat Illustration" people are definitely a core part of Canva too lol. But anyways thanks so much for the video :-) looking forward to more. Also want to know what you think of the discourse about the 5-over-1 housing!
