sending you this update for the gorgeous island of Aruba (one of my personal favourites!) 🏝️
Just wanted to swing by and say hello. Reiss is currently stuck onboard doing a crew emergency simulation drill so i’ve taken the opportunity to get off and catch up on some wi-fi. It’s been lovely to disconnect but it’s also lovely to reconnect!
Some exciting Patreon news (more for me but thought i’d share with you all) - Patreon have launched Patreon Video which is an interval video platform which means I can now upload directly to Patreon instead of having to use external systems such as Vimeo. This will make for a much smoother uploading process for me and hopefully for you guys too for viewing.
I’ve been getting my face stuck into the above book and it’s truly wonderful. It’s the prequel to Adam Silvera’s “They Both Die At The End”… as the titles give away… they definitely hit you in the feels 💔
anyway, i am off to meet my love and go for some famous Dutch Pancakes. Hope you enjoy tomorrows final episode… I have scheduled the Season 1 Recap video for the 31st instead of next friday so you can all watch it before binging Season 2 (please no spoilers as I won’t be able to watch until the week after release).

Now reading If We Were Villains by M.L Rio, which sold itself to me on the premise of being like The Secret History by Donna Tartt. I passionately recommend the latter, not sure about the former, yet…Looking forward to the reaction to the final episode of season 1 tomorrowbut with mixed emotions as I found it very emotional to watch the first time.🙃🥺

2022-10-27 17:21:59 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed that book. The racy bits were a bit jarring only in the sense that I had become so immersed in the HS world that I just wasn’t expecting them. There I was reading along and minding my own business, then all of a sudden “Oh! So this is happening! Cool.” Lol. Absolutely looking forward to the adaptation. It looks really well cast.
