Sketches 8/09

the golden bikini pic is still nowhere near finished. i expanded the canvas somewhat and the added environmental stuff is taking up a fair amount of time. lots of flowers, like in the bethrie ych pic. i like how it's shaping up and don't want to rush it, but i also don't want to go too long without having something to show. so with that in mind, i think i'll put the pic aside for a little bit and do something much, much faster.
i'll flesh out that first sketch, using a time limit on it so things don't drag out -- 4 days, after that i gotta let it go and call it finished. hopefully it'll turn out looking alright. gonna be an interesting experiment if nothing else.
